TOS

1. Payment
- All payments must be made via PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp and in USD (NO e-checks)
- If you are buying something that is being shipped out, you must pay to ship it as well
- For anything below $200 must be either paid in full or half and a half (half upfront and a half when I send a WIP)
- Anything above $200 can be paid with a payment plan, however regardless of how you pay you will NOT receive the finished product until it’s paid off fully
- I can hold the first payment for up to two weeks; if I do not hear from you and do not receive payment by then the commission slot will be revoked and I will move on to the next buyer
- Payment plans can be weekly, or bi-weekly. You are responsible for paying on time. If you do not pay on time your commission will be pushed back
- Please do not send payment until we reached a quote and I tell you to do so
2. Art process
- You must provide a clear reference of your character, this can include a ref sheet, toyhouse link, pictures, etc. as long as it’s clear and unshaded
- I can also do concept art, but you must have to explain you character that you want to have, and references are much appreciated.
- Once I send a WIP, you are allowed to ask for small changes.
- You as the client are allowed to ask for WIPs anytime, however, please do not ask every day as it is stressful. (a recommended amount is once every two weeks or once a month if you’re not sure :) )
- Once again, you will not receive your finished product until I have received full payment, regardless of your payment plan
3. Personal and commercial use
- When you buy a commission from me it’s for personal use ONLY. This includes profile pictures, banners, emotes, etc., etc. if you would like commercial use it will be 300% more than the normal price (for example a $100 commission is now $300). You will receive a high-resolution version of your commission. you can repost the image however you please and use it how you like (with credit required).
- I no longer allow people to repost my work unless it’s for commercial use or you’re a close friend.
NOTE: The definition of reposting I’m using is “to re-upload the picture onto your profile with or without credit”; you are still allowed to share it from my page via stories or retweets and such. If you want to repost my work then you must pay for commercial use or you’re a close friend.
- Only the client is allowed to use the commissioned work
4. Refundings
- Sadly I cannot give refunds once I start on your commission unless I, as the artist, feel like I cannot finish your commission :)
- If I have started the commission but cannot finish it, I will send the difference between what I have done
- If you do a chargeback for ANY reason, you will be blocked, blacklisted, and I will make a public beware. No excuses.
5. Gore commissions
- Gore is the same prices as normal commissions (unless complex)
- Gore art of any sort may be bought by anyone 14 and older
6. Misc.
- I own ALL the rights to my work and can/will use them for commission examples or to build my portfolio. Please let me know if you want the commission to be private beforehand!
- YOU CAN NOT USE MY WORK AS AN NFT OR ANY SORT OF CRYPTO!
- I have the right to refuse any commission with or without reason
- Do NOT ask for free art or to lower the price. I’m only saying this once: if you ask, you're blocked.
- Please do not buy a commission for anyone on my blacklist, I count this as block evading and you will be added too.
- By commissioning me, you agree to ALL the above terms of service

Usually cost around $70- $150 USD depending on the design which only includes a single character/object, the background will cost around $50-$130 USD also depending on the design.

A Single emote will cost around $25-$30 USD (chibi/non-chibi)
Avatar emote will cost around $35-$40 USD (chibi/non-chibi)

It'll cost around $50-$100 USD, depending on the design, if you want a background in complex design it'll cost around $80-$100 USD, it's better to confirm the details first, and it'll help me to quote you a fair amount.

Rigging/Live2d:
Bust-up rigging: $200 USD
Half-body rigging: $300 USD
Full-body rigging: $400-$550 USD
each of the riggings will consider 3 reactions and if you want more reactions each will cost you $30 USD.
Layer separation will cost you $50-$80 depending on the design.
